Stock availability
If we are out of stock of a particular line/s when placing an order, we will cancel those products from the order and send what we do have. In the unfortunate situation where we are short of a number of lines and the order is uneconomical to send, we will inform you that we cannot supply and that we have cancelled the order entirely.
Please re-order at a later date. We do not operate a back order system.

Product Liability
The remedy for any defective product claim with regards to suction cups is limited to the replacement of the item or refund of purchase price.
